Daft Punk Album
When Daft Punk drop a new Album it's kind of a big deal yeah? We designed and created a invite only private listening for Sony Music to make a big deal out of Daft Punk's album release in an old indoor train yard. Epic!
A sound system that delivered the good's sonically and also looked the part at the head of a v formation slpit of the Album cover drew the listeners in to the zonic waves. That coupled with the acoustics of the location and table service cocktails from Absolut Vodka made for a pretty spectacular experience.
Sony Xperia Z
This project was a design and build for Sony Mobile who were Way Out West's main sponsor at the time. The product activation was focused on it's latest handset the Xperia Z.
Creating a charging hub where all festival goer's were invited to re-charge their devices and borrow Sony's Xperia Z whilst they waited allowed people to stay connected whilst their phone's charged and take the Xperia Z for as test drive.
We also created giant sized Xperia Z check in stations where festival maps could be downloaded via QR code or following links. These double up as meeting points for festival goer's that lost their pals.

The booth doubled up as an information centre and helped friends reconnect as it was also a meeting point onthe festival map along with the giant sized Xperia Z monoliths.
Branded tanks of water were also on hand for people to test out the phones waterproof capabilities and take amusing selfies to share on the big screen.
